Task:create a blog and answer the following.

2018 Reflection

1-On  my first day starting at Papakura High was alright because i could remember people I met from years ago and i was quiet until I got to meet new people.I felt butterflies and nervous.

2-The first person I talked to was Quincy and we were good friends from ages ago and now were still going.

3-I enjoyed HPE and maths and making good friends.

4-The thing that can be done better is to talk with people who like to smokers and sellers to stop what they are doing and tell them a lot more about life.

5-Don't smoke and carry on with your life to make it better.  

Volleyball

Rules:

1 Six players on a team,3 on front row ,3 on back row.

2 Maximum of three hit per side.

3 Player may not hit the ball twice in a row.

4 Ball may be played of the net during a game and on a serve.

5 A ball hitting a boundary line is “in”.
6 players have to score 21 points to switch sides
7 You cant score on a serve

Volleyball is played with two teams of six.The objective of the game is to send
the ball over the net so that the other team cannot return the ball.

How to play

How to hit the ball

To score a point you have to hit the ball to the opponent's side and if it hits the ground that is a point for your team.

Dig-Put your hands one on top of the other and make a cup shape with your thumbs in the middle

Set up-A set up you have to get yourself in a position under the ball and the push it up with your finger tips

Spike-When someone sets it up you run to the net jump up and use your most powerful hand to hit it down
